Skillific was an estonian startup founded at a Garage48 hackaton in late 2014. The goal was to create a web platform for an intelligent employment search engine based on specific sub-skills and salaries using sophisticated algorythms. I was their graphic designer in the very early days. After I left the design tasks were taken over by Sven Sapelson and Markko Karu
The startup went on to make it to TOP 20 in both Ajujaht 2015 and Prototron 2016 and secured a nearly €90k first round on Fundwise
Sadly they dey decided to fold in late 2016 due to lack of funding.
The logo, albeit a bit derivative, was originally intended to symbolize interlocking hands. It was later replaced by stylized S lettering.
